摘要
Abstract
Femoral neck fracture is a common fracture in the elderly.With the aging of the population,the incidence rate is increasing.At present,patients with this fracture are often given surgical treatment,internal fixation or hip replacement.Through consulting the related literatures about hip replacement in the treatment of elderly femoral neck fracture,the author summarizes from intended population,comparison of advantages and disadvantages other aspects in this article.关键词
