Abstract
Objective:To investigate the adverse reaction of fluoroquinolones antibiotics.Methods:According to the mode of administration,115 cases of patients treated with fluoroquinolone antibiotics were as the research object and were divided into the infusion group and the oral group.Patients in the oral group were given oral fluoroquinolone antibiotics,while patients in the infusion group were given intravenous injection of fluoroquinolone antibiotics.The adverse reactions incidence of two groups were compared.Results:The adverse reactions caused by gatifloxacin was most,and the adverse reactions caused by ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin was least.The adverse reactions incidence of the infusion group was 42.11%,significantly higher than 10.34% of the oral group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The drug types and mode of administration of fluoroquinolones antibiotics affected the adverse reaction incidence.关键词
