Abstract
Objective:To discuss and analyze the drug repercussion due to adverse reactions occurred after the use of drugs in recent years.Methods:We analyzed 60 cases of drug repercussion due to adverse reactions occurred after the use of drugs at the department of outpatient pharmacy during 2013-2014,and summarized the relevant types of drugs and dosage forms.Results:According to statistics,from the types of drugs,antibiotics are the largest proportion(70%);from the point of view of pharmaceutical dosage forms,injection was the largest proportion(71.6%).Conclusion:Due to adverse drug reactions leading to the withdrawal,from a large extent that medical institutions drug management has a lot of problems.We should strengthen drug management,and prevent adverse drug reactions to ensure patient safety.关键词
