摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate of the effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods:98 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were selected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the experimental group were given amlodipine atorvastatin calcium therapy,while patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets for treatment.The treatment effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of angina attack in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium has a very good therapeutic effect in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.关键词
