摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of mixed hemorrhoid internal ligature and external decollement preserving tooth line operation.Methods:66 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were selected.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 33 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given mixed hemorrhoid external dissection and internal ligation operation.Patients in the treatment group were given mixed hemorrhoid internal ligature and external decollement preserving tooth line operation.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect,operation indicators and postoperative complications of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mixed hemorrhoid internal ligature and external decollement preserving tooth line operation is used in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid in clinic;the incision healing is fast;the hemorrhoids shedding time is short;the pain is light;the postoperative complications incidence rate is small.It is conducive to the recovery of patients with healthy body.关键词
