Application of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods:190 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 95 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine.Patients in the experimental group were treated with amlodipine combined with atorvastatin.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results: TC,TG,LDL-C of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the experimental group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.37% , which was significantly higher than 56.84 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can obviously improve the blood pressure and blood fat of patients,improve the treatment effective rate.关键词
