Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect analysis of sildenafil in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease associated with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension.Methods:70 cases of children with congenital heart disease associated with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group were given sildenafil on the basis of the conventional treatment.The hemodynamics and NT-proBNP of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The mRAP, SaO2,CI,NT-ProBNP levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mRAP,SaO2,CI,NT-ProBNP improvement of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sildenafil in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease combined with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension had significant clinical curative effect and could improve the cardiac function of children.关键词
