Curative effect observation of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile primary hypertension

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile primary hypertension.Methods:120 cases of senile patients with primary hypertension were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,while patients in the observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with valsartan.The clinical effect between groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group decreased significantly more than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile primary hypertension had obvious clinical effect and less adverse reaction.关键词
