摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of 3% hypertonic sodium chloride in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma in plateau section.Methods:50 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in plateau section were randomly divided into the control group(mannitol group) and the experimental group(3% hypertonic sodium chloride group).The prognosis of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had more significant effect in relieving cerebral edema and improving cerebral blood flow perfusion,which could effectively improve the cardiac output quantity and prevent kidney damage,and reduce the incidence rate of recovery of hemorrhagic shock.Conclusion:The hypertonic sodium chloride and mannitol all have good dehydration effects,but hypertonic sodium chloride has obvious superiority in curative effect and safety.关键词
