阿卡波糖联合胰岛素治疗老年2型糖尿病的疗效分析
Analysis of therapeutic effect of acarbose combined with insulin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acarbose combined with insulin in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes with poor glycemic control.Methods:70 elderly type 2 diabetes with poor glycemic control were selected. We treated patients with acarbose combined with insulin who were treated by single acarbose,single use of long-acting insulin or single use of pre-mixed insulin and blood glucose control poor before.We retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of it.Results:After treatment,the levels of FBG and 2 hPBG were significantly lower;the time when the goal of blood glucose control arrived was significantly shortened;the dose of insulin was significantly reduced compared with before the treatment;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). the incidence of hypoglycemia of acarbose combined with long-acting insulin was 10.3%,which was lower than 24.3% of acarbose combined with pre-mixed insulin,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acarbose combined with insulin in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic patients with poor glycemic control has a good effect.关键词
