Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of sitagliptin phosphate in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:42 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 21 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were given sitagliptin phosphate treatment.Patients in the control group were given western medicine hypoglycemic drug treatment.After 90 days of treatment in two groups,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 hour plasma glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),hypoglycemia and weight change were strict monitoring.Results:The blood glucose control rates of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HbAlc,blood glucose and weight change were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes treated with sitagliptin phosphate can reduce HbAlc of patients,and reduce the possible risks of hypoglycemia.关键词
