老年患者经腹腔镜胆囊切除术与开腹胆囊切除术的治疗体会
The treatment experience and comparison of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystec-tomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy in elderly patients and summarize the experience.Methods:74 cases of patients with gallbladder disease were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while patients in the control group were treated by open cholecystectomy.The incidence rate of complications and operative objective index of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of observation group was significantly longer than the control group,but the amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group,and the postoperative ventilation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group;the complication rate of the observation group was 2.7% which was lower than that of the control group of 13.5% ;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic cholecystectomy used in the treatment of elderly patients with gallbladder disease has higher safety.关键词
