肝囊肿实施腹腔镜开窗引流术的临床治疗观察
Clinical treatment observation of the implementation of laparoscopic fenestration in hepatic cyst
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the implementation of laparoscopic fenestration treatment in hepatic cyst. Methods:76 patients with hepatic cyst were selected as the observation subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group with 38 cases in each.The two groups were treated with traditional open fenestration,laparoscopic fenestration.The operation effects of two groups were compared.Results:All patients had successful operation,and the cyst was completely removed.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of laparoscopic fenestration for hepatic cyst is helpful to reduce the operation loss, accelerate the postoperative recovery,which can be as the first choice for the treatment of hepatic cyst.关键词
