摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis combined with hypertension. Methods:150 patients with hypertension combined with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 cases in each.All patients were treated with conventional symptomatic support treatment.Patients in the control group were treated with benazepril,while patients in the observation group were treated with valsartan.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The 24 hours urinary protein,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis combined with hypertension has a significant clinical effect.It can effectively improve the blood pressure of patients,and promote the recovery of renal function of patients.关键词
