Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:60 patients with fallopian tube obstruction were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group underwent hysteroscopic tubal recanalization,while patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy tubal recanalization.We observed the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results:Patients of pregnancy in the observation group were 22 cases(73.33%),16 cases(53.33%) in the control group.Patients of no pregnancy in the observation group were 8 cases(26.67%),14 cases in the control group(46.67%).The operation time of the observation group was(44.3+7.19)min,while (63.6+7.23)min in the control group.The data of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction is significant.Surgical treatment can significantly reduce the situation of female infertility.关键词
