Clinical summary of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of 33 patients with prostatic hyperplasia

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the therapeutic effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:33 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated with transurethral resection of prostate were selected. Results:1 case of hemorrhage after the treatment of transurethral resection of prostate.32 patients returned to normal urination after treatment with satisfactory effect.The postoperative follow-up ranged from 2 months to 4 years,and the quality of life significantly improved.Patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusion:Transurethral resection of prostate for treatment of prostatic hyperplasia in patients is with small trauma,quick recovery and good curative effect.It can widely used in primary hospitals and become the preferred surgical treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.关键词
