摘要
Abstract
Objective:To introduce a simple and applicable method of indwelling double J catheters in the surgery of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods:30 patietns with ureteral calculi were selected.We adopted yellow catheter with zebra urological guidewire as the internal drainage device in laparoscopic ureterolithotomy,insert auxiliary propeller and double J catheters was implanted.Results:30 patients were all successfully completed catheterization and surgery in stage I.The average indwelling time was 3.5min.Conclusion:The placement of double J catheters is clear,with less complication,easy to obtain material,and the production process is simple and without expensive production cost.关键词
