Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of intramedullary nailing fixation and plate fixation in adult humerus shaft fracture surgery.Methods:87 patients with adult humerus shaft fracture were selected.According to the Intraoperative fixed type, they were divided into the plate group with 29 cases and the intramedullary nailing group with 58 cases.The intraoperative situation and postoperative outcome of two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the intramedullary nailing group were lower than those of the plate group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The plate fixation and intramedullary nailing fixation in humeral shaft fracture all can achieve good clinical curative effect,but plate fixation surgery is relatively complex.关键词
