Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on the termination of scar uterine pregnancy with 10 to 14 weeks.Methods:204 patients with scar uterine pregnancy(10 to 14 gestational weeks) were selected as the observation group.At the same time,200 patients with no scar uterine pregnancy were selected as the control group. The two groups all selected mifepristone and misoprostol combined drug scheme on the termination of pregnancy.The curative effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,195 cases were complete abortion,and the abortion success rate was 95.6%.In the control group,190 cases were complete abortion,and the abortion success rate was 95.0% .The difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The mifepristone combined with misoprostol on the termination of 10 to 14 weeks scar uterine pregnancy has a exact effect;the abortion success rate is higher;the birth process is shorter.It can effectively protect the uterus and reduce the surgery risk.关键词
