机械通气在重症哮喘患儿抢救治疗中的临床应用观察

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of children with severe asthma. Methods:60 children with severe asthma were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given basic therapy,while patients in the study group were given mechanical ventilation therapy.We statistically analyzed the clinical effect of rescue.Results:29 cases were successful after the rescue in the study group(96.7% ),while 24 cases were successful after the rescue in the control group(80% ),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical mechanical ventilation therapy in treatment of children with severe asthma has significant effect,which can control the disease and improve the success rate of rescue.关键词
