超声乳化治疗白内障患者术后生存质量分析及其影响因素的研究
Analysis of the quality of life and research of its influencing factors in patients with cataract after phacoemulsification
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the level of quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with cataract after phacoemulsification.Methods:80 patients with cataract were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 40 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasonic emulsification treatment,while patients in the control group were treated with small incision non phacoemulsification treatment.The quality of life between groups was compared,to determine the key influencing factors.Results:The average survival quality score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract is good.The quality of life is high,and the recovery rate is high.关键词
