Clinical analysis and obstetric coping strategies of neonatal birth trauma fracture
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the related factors of the occurrence of neonatal birth trauma fracture in 13 cases were analyzed,to seek the countermeasures.There were four aspects causes of neonatal birth trauma fracture,including clavicle anatomic factors,birth weight factors,maternal factors and obstetric reasons.Strengthen perinatal education,supervision of pregnant women and fetal weight,early identification of high risk factors,the correct handling of shoulder are the keys to prevention and treatment of neonatal birth injury.关键词
