Observation on the effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of heart failure in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of heart failure in children.Methods:80 children with heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,while patients in the joint group were treated with dopamine combined with dobutamine treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment,the correcting time of heart-failure in children and moist rale disappearing time of the joint group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of pediatric heart failure can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life for children.关键词
