盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods:90 cases of patients with pediatric respiratory diseases were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.Patients in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection,while patients in the control group were treated with bromhexine hydrochloride injection.The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relapse rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease had significant curative effect.关键词
