Study on clinical effect of rigid internal fixation by small incision approach in the treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of rigid internal fixation by small incision approach in the treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods:60 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group used the traditional surgical method for treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with rigid internal fixation by small incision approach.The treatment effects were compared between groups.Results:The healing rate,fixed displacement rate,complication rate and satisfactory appearance recovery rate of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of rigid internal fixation by small incision approach in the treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures is significant.It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
