负压封闭引流技术在骨科临床中的应用
Application of vacuum sealing drainage in the clinic of department of orthopedics
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the clinic of department of orthopedics. Methods:126 patients suffering from diseases in department of orthopedics were selected.74 patients in the control group were treated with conventional negative pressure drainage.52 patients in the observation group received vacuum sealing drainage technique.We compared the drainage tube replacement times,wound healing time,infection rate,hospitalization time and medical expenses between groups.Results:The drainage tube replacement times,wound healing time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and the infection rate of patients of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the department of orthopedics disease treatment,vacuum sealing drainage technology has obvious advantages.关键词
