不同抗精神病药物对精神分裂症患者下肢动脉影响的差异性分析
Analysis of the effect of different antipsychotic drugs on arterial of lower extremity in patients with schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of high frequency ultrasound in different antipsychotic drugs on arterial of lower extremity in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:70 patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were divided into two groups, each of 35 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with non traditional antipsychotic drugs.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional antipsychotic drugs.The changes of the lower extremity arteries after the examination between groups were compared.Results:The observation group of patients with bilateral popliteal artery intima media thickness were significantly thicker than those of the control group;bilateral dorsalis pedis artery and femoral artery plaque occurrence rate is higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of schizophrenia can make patients with popliteal artery intimal thickening,and enhance patients bilateral dorsal artery and femoral artery plaque incidence.关键词
