摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self expanding stent in the treatment of patients with left colorectal cancer combined with intestinal obstruction.Methods:48 patients with left colorectal cancer combined with intestinal obstruction were selected.According to the different treatment methods they were divided into the study group(self expanding stent group,n=25)and the control group(the emergency operation group,n=23).The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The I stage resection rate and I stage anastomosis rate of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group.The stoma rate,incidence rate of complications and mortality rate of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self expanding stent has good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with left colorectal cancer combined with intestinal obstruction.关键词
