鼻内镜下筛前动脉结扎治疗鼻出血82例疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of endoscopic anterior ethmoidal artery ligation in the treatment of epistaxis.Methods:82 cases of patients with epistaxis in anterior ethmoidal artery supply area were treated with endoscopic anterior ethmoidal artery ligation.The clinical curative effect of the patients was observed.Results:82 cases of patients with epistaxis had effective hemostasis and the first intention cure rate was 96.34%.Conclusion:Endoscopic anterior ethmoidal artery ligation in the treatment of epistaxis had remarkable clinical curative effect.关键词
