Effect comparison of different treatment methods of early hairstyle preeclampsia

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of different treatment methods in the treatment of early hairstyle preeclampsia.Methods:99 patients with early hairstyle preeclampsia were selected.They were randomly divided into the magnesium sulfate group,the danshen group and the low molecular heparin group.Patients in the magnesium sulfate group were given magnesium sulfate treatment.Patients in the danshen group were given magnesium sulfate combined with danshen treatment. Patients in the low molecular heparin group were given magnesium sulfate,danshen combined with low molecular heparin treatment.The clinical effects of 3 groups were compared.Results:The neonatal survival rate of the low molecular heparin group was the highest;the magnesium sulfate group was the lowest.The gestational week overtime of the low molecular heparin group was the longest;the magnesium sulfate group was the shortest.APTT of the low molecular heparin group was the longest;the magnesium sulfate group was the shortest.24 h PRO of the magnesium sulfate group was the highest;the low molecular heparin group was the lowest.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The magnesium sulfate,danshen combined with low molecular heparin for early hairstyle preeclampsia has excellent treatment effect.It was one of the effective clinical treatment plans.关键词
