Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics and diagnostic value of echocardiography and ECG these two methods in the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Methods:21 patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were selected as the observation group.35 healthy person were selected as the control group at the same time.The two groups of subjects were examined by echocardiography and ECG,and we compared and analyzed the results of the two groups.Results:The left atrial diameter(LAd)and apical myocardial thickness(AT)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.In the observation group,ECG showed huge T wave inversion,R wave amplitude became larger,which showed significant differences between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,the application value of echocardiography combined with ECG is high.The combination of two methods can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.关键词
