B超对泌尿系结石的临床诊断价值分析
Clinical value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary calculi
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Methods:64 patients with urinary calculi were selected.We conducted a B ultrasound examination for all the patients,and analyzed the value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Results:The overall compliance rate of B ultrasound diagnosis was 95.3%.For bladder stones and urinary stones,the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography was 100%.For the kidney stones,middle and upper ureteral calculi and lower ureteral stones,the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 96.6% ,90% and 93.3% .Conclusion:The diagnosis of urinary calculi by B ultrasound is simple,safe,reliable and accurate.关键词
