白细胞介素4与儿童支气管哮喘的特异性研究
Specificity study of interleukin-4 and childhood bronchial asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the specificity of interleukin-4 and childhood bronchial asthma.Methods:72 cases of children with bronchial asthma were as the asthma group.72 cases of healthy children were as the control group.The serum IL-4 levels of the two groups were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA.Results:The median serum IL-4 level in the asthma group was 12.6 μ g/L,which was higher than1.5 μ g/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion:Interleukin-4 was significant correlated with childhood bronchial asthma.关键词
