摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of humanistic care in the examination and treatment of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:690 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy diagnosis and treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 345 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,patients in the observation group were given humanistic care and individualized nursing before and after treatment and in the whole process.The nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:The patients in the observation group were emotional stability;their unhealthy emotions such tension,anxiety were slighter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the examination and treatment of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,the humanistic care and individualized nursing in patients can help patients to overcome their psychological barriers, and improve the patient compliance.It can also deep reflect to the medical service concept of people first and patient-oriented.关键词
