社区管理对高血压患者生活质量的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of community management in the regulation of the quality of life of patients with hypertension.Method:A total of three years of community management for 4 558 patients with essential hypertension, the contents of management mainly includes knowledge popularization,drug management,psychological intervention,dietary guidance,exercise guidance and family visits and so on.After three years,we analyzed the blood pressure and quality of life changes before and after the intervention of patients.Results:After the intervention,the index of blood pressure of patients before treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05);at the same time,the quality of life score patients were obviously improved after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community management is effective and reasonable with stable blood pressure,and it improve the quality of life of patients,which is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
