Clinical effect of application of risk consciousness management in operation room nursing management

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of application of risk consciousness management in operation room nursing management.Methods:75 patients in operating room were selected.According to the digital layering method,they were divided into the conventional management group with 37 cases and the risk management group with 38 cases.Patients in the conventional management group were given operation room conventional nursing management.Patients in the risk management group were given risk consciousness management.The nursing management satisfaction rate,nursing management quality score,error rate,risk rate,disputes rate were compared between groups.Results:The nursing management satisfaction rate and nursing management quality score of the risk management group were significantly higher than those of the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate,risk rate and disputes rate of the risk management group were significantly lower than those of the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of risk consciousness management in operation room nursing management has an exact clinical effect.It can effectively reduce the nursing management risk and error,improve the management quality and patient satisfaction rate,and reduce the disputes.It is beneficial to maintaining the doctor-patient relationship.关键词
