Application of quality control circle in practice of secondary professional nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of quality control circle in practice of secondary professional nurses.Methods:80 cases of practice nurses were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly.Patients in the experimental group were given quality control circle,while patients in the control group were given routine teaching management.The theoretical and practical examinations of two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical and practical examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle could improve the nurses' theoretical levels and practical ability.关键词
