Abstract
Objective To study the feature of super-high myopia retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) and to provide the diagnosis basis by optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods 35 cases (55 eyes) normal control and 57 cases (92 eyes) super-high myopia were tested by OCT. They were divided into three groups according the e-quivalent spherical mirrors degrees: the group I: - 10:00~-12.00D group, 31 cases (57 eyes); Group II: -12.00~-15.00D group, 15 cases (21 eyes);Group III: <-15.00 group D, 11 cases (14 eyes). Using OCT test RNFLT, compare the change rule of RNFLT in super -high myopia patients. Results Super-high myopia group compared with normal control group except for average thickness of RENFL was thinning in temporal quadrant. The parameters of the corre-sponding difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( <0.05). The RNFLT comparative difference in super-high myopia patients in different group was statistically significant ( <0.05). Except the temporal side, the absolute value and RNFLT negative correlation ( < 0, <0.05), the highest correlation under the nose, the temporal correlation is low. Conclusion In super high myopia patients, in addition to the temporal side, each quadrant of RNFLT OCT thins. The absolute value of diopter and RNFLT are in negative correlation. Therefore, it ought to attach great im-portance to the regularity of super high myopia RNFLT characteristics when evaluating RNFLT change.关键词
