摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the oral to bend and intramuscular injection of progesterone to influence the clinical efficacy of corpus luteum insufficiency pregnancy outcome.Methods From March 2013 to June 2015,84 patients with LPD were treated in the Integrative Medicine Hospital of Sujiatun District of Shenyang city as the research object,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,each of 42 cases.Control group patients with intramuscular injection of progesterone injection,the patients in the experimental group were oral y bend progesterone tablets,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,before and after treatment,blood progesterone levels and adverse reaction incidence.Results After treatment, two groups of patients with tocolytic dif erence in the success rate of no statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment with progesterone levels in the blood of two groups of patients were significantly higher than that in the treatment before,dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05),but between group difference no statistical significance(P>0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bend progesterone and progesterone can effectively increase the blood progesterone content,reduce the abortion,infertility and other phenomena occur,but oral flexion progesterone adverse reactions and treatment more simple,less pain to patients,better compliance,as a treatment for pregnancy patients with LPD preferred way.关键词
