Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of leukotriene receptor antagonist therapy in elderly patients with bronchial asthma combined with Shah Mette Lo Tikason's agent.Methods From April 2014 to March 2015,98 cases of elderly patients with asthma in the Central District People's Hospital of Neijiang were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.In the control group were treated with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate treatment.Clinical observation of patients in the control group on the basis of montelukast sodium,a bedtime oral montelukast chewable tablets, compared two groups of patients,pulmonary function, adverse reaction incidence.Results Observation of patients in the treatment group total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistical y significant(P<0.05);after treatment observed groups of peak expiratory flow(PEF),the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV1/FVC was significantly higher than that of the control group, differ-ences were statistical y significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Leukotriene receptor antagonist combined with salmeterol/fluticasone propionate treatment for elderly patients with asthma,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the pulmonary function of patients is safe and ideal treatment method.关键词
