摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of insulin glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Selected 2014 March to 2014 September in Shenyang Liberation Army No.463 Hospital inpatient treatment of 94 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients as the research object,according to the random number table method can be divided into the observation group and the control group,47 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were subcutaneously injected Gan insulin glargine, while the control group was treated with insulin aspart 30 and two groups of patients were treated with oral administration of metformin,compared two groups of patients before and after the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) levels and adverse reactions occurrence.Results After treatment,observation group,the FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c levels were significantly lower than that of the control group, dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05);observation group patients with hypoglycemia rate of 4.3%(2/47),was significantly lower than that in the control group of 17.0%(8/47),the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients can effectively control blood glucose,improve beta cel function and insulin sensitivity,low incidence of hypoglycemia.关键词
