摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore dezocine combined with midazolam in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting with midazolam anesthesia sedation before the application.Methods August 2013 to 2014 June Henan chest hospital from 100 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with selected as the research object,according to the random number table method can be divided into the study group and control group,50 cases in each. Study group were treated with intravenous injection of dezocine and midazolam,control group simple dezocine anesthesia,were compared between the two groups after administration of 5 min (T1),after the arterial puncture (T2),to drug after 30 min (T3),heart rate (HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP),Central venous pressure(CVP), pulse oxygen saturation (SaO2) and postoperative sedative effect.Results At T1,T2 and T3,patients in the study group,HR,MAP,CVP were significantly lower than those of the control group,SaO2 was significantly higher than that of the control group,dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05);patients in the study group awake time,eyelash reflex disappearance time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,Ramsay score was significantly lower than that of the control group,dif erences were statistical ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before anesthesia to give the patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting Mi of midazolam and dezocine,stable vital signs of the patients, sedative and analgesic effect is better,postoperative faster recovery.关键词
