Abstract
Objective To explore the influence factors in patients with cardiac arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate analysis.Methods March 2013-March 2015 period in our hospital 86 cases of cardiac arrest patients to carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation, according to cardiopulmonary resuscitation success into a successful group of 31 cases and 55 cases of failure groups, analysis factors affecting the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results Various factors after multivariate Logistic regression analysis concluded that occur in the hospital, started to recover earlier, the first heart rate monitor can be a success factor defibril ation CPR, and the establishment of a long passage of time, intubation long time,a large the amount of the dose of adrenaline,cardiac primary disease are risk factors for cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Conclusion The success of the emergency CPR affected by many factors, emergency physicians need to take specific rescue measures to improve the quality of CPR rescue.关键词
