摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine had been widely used in clinical, and could cause herb-drug interaction, which may influence treatment outcome. And if the combined application was in an improper way, it may even increase the incidence of adverse reactions. Based on the relevant literature, respectively, the article was to review and analyze the researches of herb-drug interaction mechanism in vivo and vitro, clinical case studies and monitoring of adverse reactions associated with combined medication. Aimed to provide the reference for clinical rational selection and conduct pharmacovigilance of herbs combined with conven-tional drugs.关键词
