摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 injection combined with interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer and to conduct the cost-effectiveness analysis. Methods 74 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases in each group. The control group were treated with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy, the observation group were treated with cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 injection on the basis of the control group. The treatment course was 3 months. The differences in the total effective rate of two groups, the difference of CA199, CA125 and AFP, the difference between two groups of the quality of life score of two groups were observed, and the safety of drug re-lated adverse reactions were observed in two groups. The cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted with the drugs. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 62. 16%, whih was significantly higher than 45. 95% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 );after treatment, the tumor indicators of the two groups were significantly decreased ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the observation group decreased more obviously ( P < 0. 05 );the quality of life scores in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 );the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The cost-effectiveness of the control group was significantly higher than the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusion The treatment of liver cancer us-ing cantharidin sodium vitamin B6 injection is effective and safe.关键词
