摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the oral high dose atorvastatin ( 80 mg/d ) in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing pri-mary PCI early postoperative heart rate variability ( HRV ) and malignant ventricular arrhythmia ( MVA ) effect. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction routine emergency PCI treatment were divided into two groups, the control group received oral atorvastatin 40 mg/d, and the experimental group was given atorvastatin 80 mg/d. Results After treatment, the TC, TG, LDL-C levels of the two groups were improved to normal level with no statistically significant differences ( P > 0. 05 ) . The various indexes in the experi-mental group were better than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the occurrence rate of malignant ventricular arrhythmia events in the experimental group was 10. 00%, which was significantly lower than 37. 50% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compared with conventional dose, high dose of atorvastatin in treating early heart rate variability increased after emergency PCI can decrease the malignant ventricular arrhythmia incidence rate, can significantly improve the prognosis of the patients life quality, is safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
