摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention of acarbose on elderly coronary heart disease complicated with impaired glucose tol-erance ( IGT ) and its protective effect of the patient′s heart. Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart merger of IGT were randomly divided into the intervention group and the conventional group, 60 cases in each group. The two groups were given basic treat-ment such as lowering blood pressure, the intervention group was added with acarbose. The two groups were treated for 12 months under the guidance of doctors. Results After treatment, LDL-C, hs-CRP levels of both groups were significantly decreased than before treat-ment ( P < 0. 05 );IMT, hs-CRP values of the intervention group were significantly lower than the conventional group ( P < 0. 05 );coronary count vascular disease and the severity of the two groups had no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) . The rate of adverse cardiovascular events occurred in the intervention group was 6. 67%, which was significantly lower than 18. 33% of the conventional group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with acarbose in treating elderly coronary heart disease complicated with IGT can relieve micro-inflammation, anti-carotid IMT thickness, while reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events.关键词
