胃泰颗粒质量控制方法研究
Study on Quality Standards of Weitai Granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standards of Weitai Granules. Methods Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba and gano-derma were indentified by TLC, paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix Alba and ganoderma could be easily examined by TLC, paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship in the concentration of 0. 202~2. 020 g/mL;the average recovery rage was 98. 42%, RSD=1. 07% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibili-ty. It can be used as a quanlity control standard of Weitai granules.关键词
