摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of total flavonoids and naringin in hot Rhizoma Drynariae. Methods UV assay wavelength was 283 nm, HPLC column was ODS2 C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) , mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water ( 25 :4 :75 ) , the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 283 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The absorption wavelength of total flavonoids in Drynaria maximum was 283 nm, and the mass concentration in the range of 0. 002 82-0. 112 8 g/L had a good linear relationship with absorbance;naringin concentra-tion in the range of 1. 128-112. 8 g/L had good linear relations with the peak area, and the recovery rate was 99. 38%, RSD was 1. 88% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible and can be used in the content determination of total flavonoids and naringin in hot Rhizoma Drynariae.关键词
