Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of clinical pharmacists′ intervention on rational use of antibiotics in maternal and child health care hospital. Methods The usage of antibacterial drugs in 3 periods, pre-intervention ( 2011 ) , intervention ( 2012 ) and 2 years after the intervention ( 2014 ) were evaluated, and the daily work patterns of clinical pharmacist and its lasting results were summa-rized. Results The antimicrobial rate of all hospitalized patients in intervention and pre-intervention were 53. 68% and 70. 64%, re-spectively with statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) , and in usage density, they were 32. 82 and 48. 04 ( P < 0. 05 ) . What′s more, the amount, combination and unrational rate were also lower than that in pre-intervention ( P < 0. 05 ) . On the other side, the total and limit level of antibacterial drugs germiculture rate were 35. 67% and 63. 41%, which were both higher than that in pre-intervention ( P < 0. 05 ) . The indexes gradually after the intervention in the clinical antibacterial drug reached the requirements of Health Develop-ment′s planning commission, and could be improvement continuously. Conclusion Through the effective daily work patterns of antimicrobial application to intervene, clinical pharmacist in maternal and child health care hospital is helpful to rational drug use actively and continuously.关键词
